Moodgym (Australia) is a free interactive training program developed to help young people learn cognitive behavior therapy skills for preventing and coping with depression. It aims to provide users with an understanding of how emotions arise, help them identify and overcome problem emotions, manage stress, modify their thinking, and more. The website includes 5 modules that are geared towards training users in skills such as assertiveness, coping and interpersonal ability.
