KidsHealth in the Classroom is created by KidsHealth.org, the most visited, doctor-approved health information site on the Web for children, birth through adolescence. Available in this Classroom-focused arm of KidsHealth are free health-related lesson plans for all grades, divided into Pre-k to 2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8 and Grades 9-12.

For each age group, there are three “series” of lesson plans- “Human Body”, “Health Problems” and “Personal Health”, and each comes with a Teachers’ Guide, which includes discussion questions, classroom activities, and printable handouts and quizzes. All materials are doctor-approved, and aligned with National Health Standards in the US. Also available are resources on special health needs.
