The Safe and Caring website offers a wide variety of evidence-based tools and resources for helping schools and communities become more nurturing and inclusive spaces. Created by The Society for Safe and Caring Schools and Communities, a not-for-profit organization based in Alberta, Canada, this website provides information and resources in the following five areas: Understanding and Valuing Diversity; Engaging Students; Creating Welcoming, Caring, Respectful and Safe Learning Environments; Understanding Bullying Behaviour and Responding to Bullying Behaviour. Guides, toolkits, practices, projects and research are provided for each of these areas.
