The social and emotional learning section in the University of Minnesota’s Extension website, is a curated collection of up-to-date reports, articles, presentations and issue briefs on social and emotional learning. Particularly valuable is the peer-reviewed series of very readable issue briefs, which are designed to promote understanding and advocacy for the promotion of social and emotional learning across different contexts and perspectives.

This social and emotional series of the University of Minnesota’s Extension Center, chaired by Dr Dale Blyth, is a partnership between the University of Minnesota (both the Extension Center for Youth Development and the Center for Applied Research and Educational Improvement) and Youthprise. This initiative engages Minnesotan youth and adults in gathering data, supporting learning communities in SEL, and helping to develop further SEL resources.
