The District Resource Center (DRC) website has been developed by the Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) to provide a framework and research-based tools to support high quality SEL implementation.

The District framework lays out 16 key district actions across the following four focus areas for SEL implementation- Building a strong foundation, strengthening adult SEL competencies, promoting SEL for students, and practicing continuous improvement. A step-by-step process if provided, supported by a curated set of suggested tools and resources. A rubric is also provided to assess current levels of implementation.
