An interactive tool for mental health information: MyHealth Magazine
MyHealth Magazine was created in 2001 as a health literacy resource for young people seeking accurate health information. The magazine has evolved into an interactive tool where young people, educators and adults can access scientifically based information on health, mental health and development. The magazine has three versions – one for youth (elementary and secondary), one for educators, and one for college students. Visitors to the site can access a free demo of the magazine, although full access to the magazine’s features requires registration and a subscription fee. Although individual subscriptions are available, the School Wide program provides the best value allowing accounts for all students, staff and parents to access the magazine for a yearly fee of $365.
