A US Government Website Aimed at Identifying Strategies for Supporting Teens
Youth.gov (formerly FindYouthInfo.gov) was created by a collaboration between 19 American federal agencies that support programs and services focusing on youth. Their goal is to identify and disseminate promising and effective strategies to promote effective community-based efforts addressing youth risk and protective factors.
The website includes interactive tools and resources that have been identified to aid youth-serving organizations and community partnerships to plan, implement, and participate in programs for youth. Topics addressed by the website covers a diverse range of SEL-related youth concerns, such as bullying prevention, positive youth development, school climate, and violence prevention, in addition to mental health and non-SEL youth topics.
