The TestEdge Program, developed by the Institute of Heartmath in California, USA, helps students overcome the stress and test anxiety in elementary and high school. Students learn how emotions and attitudes affect their performance in school, and to self-regulate their emotional and physiological responses during tests, and in other challenging and stressful situations. The 12-week program, comprised of 12-15 lessons, teaches students about stress, emotions, and the brain, and how they interact. Students learn strategies for maintaining positive emotions, solving problems, preparing for and taking tests, and techniques for self-regulating stress and anxiety during tests.

TestEdge is available at three developmentally specific levels: grades 3-5, grades 6-8 and grades 9-12.
